The Management of Gattuso Contract regards Quality as a strategic instrument for the pursuit of excellence — an objective to be pursued in every activity of the organisation, and a principle of prevention and engagement involving collaborators both internal and external.

In view of the above, the Management of Gattuso Contract intends to implement a modern Quality management system through an adequate organisational structure and an optimal allocation of resources, with the aim of achieving Client satisfaction and establishing effective collaboration with both Clients and suppliers — in order to obtain the highest efficiency through the integration of distinct skills, and to guarantee the delivery of services that meet the Client's quality standards.

Within this scope, Gattuso Contract commits to operating in substantial compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The strategy set out by the Management for the Quality Policy — so that it may be understood, applied and supported at every level of the organisation — is summarised in the following points.

  1. The fundamental objective is to achieve the highest level of Client satisfaction.

  2. A satisfied Client is the result of optimised company processes that maximise the outcomes of Quality.

  3. The whole organisation must commit to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, of its processes and of its products — with the consequent delivery of products and services of Quality.

  4. To achieve the above, the full engagement of all personnel is essential — acting through the methodologies and techniques of the Quality Management System.

  5. Personnel training and development are regarded as strategic activities and must involve every level of the organisation, as essential conditions for achieving continuous improvement within the company.

  6. On the basis of data on Client requirements, of insights derived from risk analysis and — where possible — of benchmarks against the best competitors, the Management establishes annually the areas and sectors of priority intervention to achieve Quality across the entire organisation, defining the related objectives accordingly.

Achieving and maintaining the objectives of this Quality Policy depends on the constant and effective collaboration of all Gattuso Contract personnel.
